All products are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. If by chance you have found your item to be defective it may be returned for refund or replacement provided we receive notification within 7 days. 
Returns must be returned to Oyster in the same condition as they were when you received them. Return shipping by economy post must be organised by yourself and you may have the option of replacement or full refund. The refund will include the original purchase price and all shipping costs. The refund will be forwarded to you when we receive the goods and deem them to be defective. Refunds will not be given if you have damaged the goods. This includes damage caused by inadequate packing when returning goods. Please include all relevant postal details and a copy of your invoice.
*Please note - The artworks Oyster sells are often handmade. Materials can therefore vary in colour, shape and size. These inconsistencies are not deemed faults and claims will only be considered if there are defects in workmanship or defective materials. Claims due to damage by negligence, accident or unreasonable use will not be recognised.
Every effort is made to ensure accuracy of all descriptions, images and other information displayed but the customer must acknowledge there may be variations in product or materials. If there are any major changes to the product you have ordered, we will discuss other options with you.
All work listed on the website is subject to New Zealand and international copyright and intellectual property rights laws. This means the work listed remains the property of Oyster or the artists until the point of sale. It also means it is illegal to download images for anything other than personal use.
