Shopping online is a pretty simple process.  Just contact us via email or phone / fax (04 920 0766) and let us know what you're interested in. We can advise if we have the item in stock currently, or if not then the arrival time.  Then we'll check out the delivery charges and confirm this by phone or email.  You can pay by:

• Phoning us with your credit card details.  All your personal information is strictly confidential. Please note we don't accept Amex.
• Direct credit the payment into our bank account (we'll email or ring you with the details)

Please note - all prices include GST but are exclusive of post and packaging.

We can deliver to virtually anywhere in the world.  If we have your item currently in stock, we will ship within 3 days of payment. If there are any delays we'll let you know by email or phone.

Please note that because most products are handmade some items may take longer to arrive.

Delivery within New Zealand
Purchases within New Zealand are delivered by NZ Post.

International Delivery
All international orders are sent through NZ Post.

• International Air - Prompt delivery with $250NZD insurance and option for track & trace.
• Items valued over $250NZD but less than $1,500NZD can be sent only if additional compensation cover is purchased.
• Please email us if you require International Express.

Delays due to customs clearance or internal service are not accounted for. International orders are often subject to import duties or taxes levied by the authorities of your own country.

These duties, taxes or charges are payable by the receiver. Goods marked as gifts usually incur no extra costs. While we endeavour to package your product as safely as possible, Oyster cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier once it has left New Zealand.
